I’d like to claim my BiggerPockets Pro Member discount. How do I do that?

BiggerPockets sent an email to all Pro Members. You will need to find that email and order through those instructions since we have no way of verifying your Pro Member account. If you did not receive an email, please reach out to BP customer support.

How do I network during the event?

Simple! You will be given login information prior to the event to access our event portal as well as the event mobile app. Our software allows you to interact with all attendees virtually! You will receive instructions prior to the event.  

I can’t make all the sessions; how do I access the recordings?

All sessions will be recorded and access to the recordings will be made available to you shortly after the event concludes.

How do I view the sessions?

Please be on the lookout to an instructional email from us prior to the event for instructions on how to view live speaker sessions.

When will the full schedule and agenda be up?

Full agenda is available in the “Agenda” tab. To log in, you will need the email you registered with and the ticket number (also called registration number). To reference your ticket/registration number, click here.

Is the content specific to the Pacific Northwest or national?

We see all-virtual as added opportunity! The content will be applicable on a national level in addition to the PNW. There will be over 40 speakers presenting during the event and a majority of them invest in multiple states as well as having a follower base that spreads across the country because of their involvement in various podcasts and BiggerPockets, which will bring people together from around the country. The speaker sessions are a spectrum of general content to deep-dive so the attendees can pick and choose the sessions to attend that will apply to them. 

Out of the speakers we have confirmed at this time, they are investor and industry-related professionals from Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Indiana, Georgia, Missouri and more. You can read more about all of the speakers here.

Can I access everything on my mobile device or do I need a desktop/laptop?

We suggest using a desktop or laptop for the live speaker sessions and your mobile device for the Event App (Whova) to network. You can also access and participate entirely via your mobile device if you choose! The choice is yours. 

Is there special software that I need in order to participate?

For your desktop/laptop, nope! Everything is ran through your web browser. For your mobile device? Yes, there is an event-specific app that you will be able to download after registration and when the event date nears.

I’d like to view/manage my registration or transfer my registration. How do I do that?

You can manage your registration by going here and inputing the email you used to register. The last day to be able to transfer your registration is Sept 13th.
