J Martin – Airbnb Entrepreneur, Founder of SF Bay Real Estate Summit
J Martin is a Airbnb Entrepreneur, World Traveler, Real Estate Investor, and host of the SF Bay Real Estate Summit. After getting out of jail, J bought cash-flowing real estate in the expensive SF Bay in rougher areas, then started an Airbnb sub-leasing business - now managed by a team in the Philippines. He quit his “9-5” at 31, and now spends his time traveling the world. He hosts an annual real estate conference in Oakland with some of the best folks from the BiggerPockets website. If you’ve been curious about starting or growing an Airbnb business… processes, procedures, and outsourcing… or living the life you want to live, instead of grinding it out… then don’t miss him.
